PURE WHITE GROUND
Pepper is grown in the Betong Division of Sarawak. Fresh green pepper berries are hand-picked and soaked in running water for at least 2 weeks until the layer of outer skin disintegrates. The berries are then washed and sun-dried to obtain the white peppercorns.
